Since we opened our doors as a training and consultancy company 33 years ago (wow, that’s quite something in itself!), the world has changed immensely. We’ve always taken great pride in our friendly, down-to-earth approach and it’s a buzz to each and every member of our team when the people with whom we work comment on how much they enjoy interacting with us. We’ve always hoped to find ways to offer that same experience as part of our web presence and today, with that goal in mind, I’m delighted to announce the launch of the TCC Blog. It is our hope that through this, and a selection of other initiatives currently in the pipeline, we can really start to interact with you online; bringing you regular, valuable content, as well as answering your questions and engaging in discussion on a range of topics in the Business Change arena (subjects such as Agile, Project Management and Business Analysis).
To get you started, we’ve transferred some of the past articles we’ve written to the blog. We hope that you will find them interesting and engaging. Going forward, look out for many more useful tips, introductions, guides, reviews and reflections – please do get involved in the comments. If there’s a specific topic in which you are interested, leave us a note and we’ll look to cover as many of them as we can.
Our first article will tackle a particularly hot topic at the moment: Enterprise Agile. More and more companies are recognising the benefits of Agile for delivering products and projects. The majority of these use the Scrum approach, but how do we take Scrum to the next level and scale it company-wide? The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is one of the brand new methods for doing just that. Join us, next time, to find out more…
