Agile project management methods and techniques are becoming increasingly popular as organisations are required to respond faster and more effectively to ever-increasing change requirements. This is reflected in the popularity of APMG International’s AgilePM qualification, with over 20,000 exams having been taken since the launch in November 2010.
APMG's Agile Project Management Workshops, supported by TCC and the DSDM Consortium, have been carefully designed to offer expert advice and guidance to project management personnel and senior organization representatives on the subject of Agile Project Management.
Attendees will discover why agile has become such a hot topic in project management and if agile project management is right for them and their business. There will be a number of sessions throughout the day looking at key areas such as the organisational culture required to effectively adopt agile project management and how agile can be scaled across large enterprises. Expert advice from experienced agile trainers and practitioners will be provided on how to successfully adopt agile and on creating an agile environment.
The agenda from 9:30am – 4:00pm comprises three key sessions:
TCC will be presenting and exhibiting at the workshop
Dot Tudor of TCC will present the first of the three key sessions: The benefits of Agile Project Management at 10:30am. TCC will also be exhibiting in the networking and refreshments area, with information on hand about Agile Project Management (AgilePM) training and other agile services.
The key sessions will be intertwined with information on the training and qualification schemes for AgilePM (Agile Project Management) and AgilePgM (Agile Programme Management).
