The Foundation in Business Analysis course provides an ideal introduction to business analysis and the role of the business analyst. Delegates will learn to identify and evaluate options for improving business services and processes and develop the skills and knowledge to support successful business change programmes using a comprehensive range of business analysis concepts, approaches and techniques.

Foundation in Business Analysis is a Foundation Certificate from the BCS Professional Certifications portfolio (formerly ISEB Certifications). It is also one of an integrated set of courses leading to the widely respected Higher Certificate - the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis.

Foundation in Business Analysis is a KNOWLEDGE based specialist module of the BCS Business Analysis Diploma.
