When we started TCC back in 1981, we applied a simple principle to every aspect of our work: "nice people to do business with". Our mission statement has expanded a little since then, but you will still find that original principle at the front and centre, and it underpins everything that we do.

TCC has been involved with Agile since the very early days - before the birth of the Agile Manifesto. We have always been passionate about what we do, and part of this is really getting to know each and every area in which we work.

Professional bodies including APMG International, BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and the Agile Business Consortium use our expertise to develop certifications and evolve best practice approaches. We are a recognised Agile thought-leader and regularly present at international industry events (conferences and user groups) on the latest ground-breaking topics.
